If there are awards for URGENT care in NJ this place should take #1. I have made medemerge my primary care office after several urgent care visits. All doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. You dont feel like a number. And care is expedited. Very very efficient healthcare facility.
I have been coming to Medemerge for over 20 years and I just wanted to state the excellent service I receive from your employee Liz. She has assisted me with my parents and would always ask about my family when I see her there. Hopefully she can be recognized for her excellent customer service. It’s soooo nice to go to a facility and encounter someone who is ALWAYS PLEASANT and has real concerns for your needs. I have recommended so many people to Medemerge on how nice the staff and Physicians are there.
I called 3 times to get an appointment to get the bloodwork needed to refill my blood pressure medication. The first lady hung up on me, the other two times it just rang until it hung up. It’s unfortunate because I really like Dr. Harding, she’s very kind and understanding but the fact I can’t even get an appointment to refill my medication is absurd. I have to go find another female doctor that I’m comfortable with. Very unprofessional.
