The nurses, doctors, and techs are friendly, thorough, and patient, making visits more comfortable. Patients have expressed trust in Medemerge for their medical needs, with some traveling over an hour to receive care. However, billing can be problematic, as the staff often refuses to coordinate benefits, leading to out-of-pocket costs regardless of insurance, and concerns about double billing have been raised. Despite this, many continue to rely on Medemerge for their healthcare services.
Liz at front desk was so helpful. Went in w burned hand and she went above and beyond to get my insurance straightened out. Very thoughtful and concerned about how I was feeling. Thank you Liz
I want to recognize Caprice for the outstanding care she provided during my recent visit.
After my first appointment, I had to return the very next day because the previous phlebotomist was unable to draw my blood. During my second visit, I waited about 40 minutes before I had to go find someone and ask for a phlebotomist. I was also asked to have my vital signs taken again, even though I had only returned for the blood draw, which felt unnecessary.

I came in to NJ from NC and had swelling in my face from potential tooth, they were courteous and Liz C was great at helping us get signed in and speeding up the process, also made us feel very welcome
