I have worked with Haig and Kate for 2 and half years now. Kate always helps me with our invoices, reports for Fire Dept, troubleshooting issues with panels and detectors, emergencies, and putting systems on test (which is very frequently). All the Haig techs are great guys too.
Nico and Arnel theys two brothers are the best they came to Hoboken high school and in a matter of a couple of minutes they realized what the problem we had that we had been dealing with for months that no one could solve. They also went out there way to find the part that was no longer existing and figured out a solution for a replacement theys 2 I give them a 5 star.
Just got off the phone with Haig after sending them an inquiry email and they never disappoint! They were able to resolve my issue in 5 minutes and confirm my account details.
