We had water leaking behind our wall in our basement which then caused our carpet to be wet and black mold growing on our wall. We called Servpro of Mt. Ephraim/ Bellmawr. They came out to our house and assessed the damage and did what was needed. Can’t thank them enough for working with us and our insurance company. We highly recommend ServPro.
Steve and crew were at our place post a spontaneous leak. His crew assured that all affected areas were within normal ranges of dryness. The usual affected ceilings and walls were opened with fans and dehumidifiers put in place for drying. [3 affected rooms] He brought in expertise to move a 3 part vanity with twin towers and crown molding to access and remove dampness and early mold. Steve was friendly, and professional. He also answered all my questions. I would absolutely use Steve and ServPro in the future.
We had a toilet float break on my second floor while we were away which flooded out three floors of my house. Dave’s team were absolutely fantastic! They came in on a Sunday morning and began mitigation, and came out every day until the location was stabilized and ready for repair. The crew also helped me along the way with my claim which was incredibly helpful. I’d recommend these guys for any sort of disaster cleanup in a heartbeat.
