“Carmine Rubinaccio was recommended to me by a neighbor after they had bathroom remodel done. He was quick to respond and to assess the situation. He explained the process he would follow to find the leak and then to inspect and to repair any resulting damage from the water and/or as a result of searching for and finding the leak. Despite an already busy schedule, Mr. Rubinaccio put me on his calendar for the project and executed it with efficiency, professionalism, and skill, all while being careful to keep the debris/dust confined to as small a space as possible. Carmine and his workers were thoughtful and careful about wearing face coverings at all times. Although it clearly was tough (nearly impossible) to estimate the cost initially, the invoice for the work was absolutely reasonable. In fact, given the high quality of the work and service, I expected it to be higher. Carmine definitely earned my trust and any future planned or unplanned business I may have.“

Friday night there was a storm and water was coming into our house as a result. I called GI Construction Monday morning, and the owner Gent came over shortly after and assessed my roof. He explained to me why the roof was leaking, and pointed out faults that were even visible from the ground. He showed me pictures and video of the issues he assessed during his inspection.

I reviewed my options and decided to go with GI Construction because of the professionalism Gent exhibited.

GI Construction started on my roof the following week and promptly completed the project. Everything was very straightforward and Gent shared pictures of the progress with me along the way.

“Out of the blue, a portion of our living room ceiling collapsed. Nobody was hurt. It was original to the 84 year old house, and the nails holding it to the joists just failed. Bob Hume came over soon after I called and we determined that several rooms, ultimately 5 (living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms) plus the ceiling above a stairway, needed to be replaced. He had a crew in the next day to demo the living room ceiling. This was a profoundly disruptive event, but Bob was very concerned that I was satisfied and kept in touch. The crew was really good at what they do. They cleaned up thoroughly. I would be happy to work with them again.“
