I've used Russell Reid for septic pumping every two years since 2006 and never had an issue until this year. This year I scheduled on their United Site Services website and had to pay the fee when I made the appointment. No big deal there. When I followed up with a phone call to try to firm up my appointment I was told that they only worked in my area one day a week. Also no big deal. When the serviceman arrived he told me that I would have to pay a digging charge. My access is about 6" under the turf and their policy had always been "first foot free, digging charge for more than a foot". Tom was very helpful today explaining the pump out process and issue with the effluent pump. He even recommended an emergency pump technician.Kudos for a job well done!Thanks,Howard Fulmer
