Always great customer service and communications with the customer service department! Easy to make the appointment and no hassle with their work or getting the job done, in the most clean way possible. Their drivers are always knowledgeable and helpful. Do not hesitate to call them!
I've used Russell Reid for septic pumping every two years since 2006 and never had an issue until this year. This year I scheduled on their United Site Services website and had to pay the fee when I made the appointment. No big deal there. When I followed up with a phone call to try to firm up my appointment I was told that they only worked in my area one day a week. Also no big deal. When the serviceman arrived he told me that I would have to pay a digging charge. My access is about 6" under the turf and their policy had always been "first foot free, digging charge for more than a foot". I told him this, and that I'd never paid a digging charge.
