Such an amazing first time experience! You can tell that Dave has been doing this for a very long time. He was very knowledgeable with all of the questions I had. Top notch service over all and great communication throughout the entire process.
I highly recommend IDR Home Inspection, Dave is fantastic! He is incredibly responsive, and provides the most thorough inspection. Dave spent hours inspecting the home we recently purchased and we never felt like he was rushing. He takes pride in his work and happily answered any questions we had during the process. He also provided us a very detailed inspection report within (actually less than) 24 hours and discussed the report with me anytime I had a question. Dave helped give us peace of mind purchasing our house and I would 100% recommend him to anyone!!
