We needed new porch steps, some railings, and a big column replacement. Our house is old, so we wanted to keep the traditional look. Brian was very careful and deliberate in his work, and he went the "extra mile" to make the porch look classy and classic.
We have had BNL here to do a lot of home improvements, which included most recently this year a fully renovated and rebuilt front porch. Brian had to put new concrete footings in which had to be dug in 4 feet by 2 feet wide and he put tubing down to hold the concrete. He knew exactly what he was doing and it turned out great with attractive new decking, front steps, several pillars, and railing. We are heartily enjoying the sturdiness and durability of this new improvement to our home. We watched the fireworks right from our new porch this year! In the past BNL has also put in two bathroom floors, hardwood floors in our living room, dining room, and den, all of which have greatly improved the value of our house. Other projects include the installation of a bathroom shower and a stylishly tiled kitchen backsplash. There would be no way to improve upon the quality of the work Brian has done. Whatever work we requested was done to specification. We are very happy!!
Very detailed painting work. Isaiah invests a lot of time in making sure the job is perfect. He is friendly, explains how he plans on doing the job and follows up to make sure that the customer is happy with the job. Would definitely recommend BNL Home Improvements.
