Today I was refused help after waiting a week for my scheduled appointment I came in on time for my appointment today and sat in the waiting room for 45 min to be called up and told that my appointment had been canceled without any notice. I was explained that because i was in a recent car accident I would not be allowed to be seen as I am a new patient in their office ( which aren’t you suppose to listen to what the INSPIRA hospital ACROSS THE STREET says and go see a doctor) , I suffer from anxiety and migraines and I haven’t had a general checkup in years so I scheduled this appointment for many reasons with this being said i am absolutely disgusted that inspira would refuse a patient after crying in the office basically begging for help. I will be taking my business back to cooper health where I know I will be accepted.
