Front desk and nurse were great. Never even saw Dr. Just nurse and intern who would relay my complaints to DR BARR who would snicker and mock about me right on the other side of door. When I told intern to tell the jerk dr I could hear everything dr said and I would be writing this review. He went out and til Dr Barr that. You know what he said? "I don't care". Got my flu test results and left. Never saw Dr. No one used stethoscope on me or checked breathing. Just temp, bp weight and Pulse ox. I'm in still in shock as to how I was treated. Never in my life has this happened. He needs to be fired.

If I could give zero stars I would. Most horrific doctors office you will ever see in your life. Doesn’t matter if it’s urgent care, or primary care….. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. The primary care Doctors will laugh in your face if you’re a young female with a concern. Also, the urgent care will make you wait 3 hours and tell you you’re the only one waiting. STEER CLEAR! You will probably leave in worse shape! (They also have no protocol for chest pain apparently because still waited 2+ hours)

I am never one to write a review, but this was the worst urgent care experience I ever had. Every employee I came into contact with was rude and not compassionate at all (as you think they would be working in health care). I totally understand how frustrating it must be to covid & flu test all day long, but if you aren't going to be nice about it, don't work in an urgent care setting. Wait was unbearably long, longer than it had to be due to unorganized staff. Doctor was nice but made the process way longer than it had to actually be. I will never be returning to this urgent care and I advise everyone else to not go here either. Do yourself the favor and drive to another location.
