When I wasn't sure if my hotel would have enough space to get ready in for my wedding, she coached me on alternative options and started going on AirBnB herself to find me a place that would work. The hotel ended up working out, but I could tell that Dana genuinely cared / felt responsible for ensuring I had an amazing wedding day experience.
