BEWARE! I worked with Beacon on several remodeling and renovation projects for my dental practices. They are known to be very expensive because they market themselves as specialized in the medical/dental space. My last experience with them was horrific. It was a basic remodeling job for a dental office and their bid came in over $80K more than what three other contractors quoted me. I gave them multiple opportunities to revise their pricing but they stayed in the same price range and also refused to give me an itemized breakdown so I can try to compare bids and see why their bid was so much higher.
