I work overnights part time as well as a regular day job. I try all types of supplements and energy products to try and focus after long stretches of no sleep. I tried Boost and was pleasantly surprised not only with the energy but the focus and reduced brain fog from not sleeping for 2 days. It worked so well my employee even commented that I was much more sharp than usual for coming off my night shifts. This product is great

I worked virtually with Patrick for several months when I was experiencing anxiety due to some personal circumstances. Patrick’s approach and demeanor were special and unlike anything I’d experienced before. He was also very flexible, willing to change the time and/or format of our sessions more than once to ensure I was getting what I needed without causing additional stress. Patrick Lerouge is a fantastic practitioner who really shows how much he wants to be of service. My first session was July 2023 where I was experiencing intense cramps. During the session they completely went away and never came back that cycle. I gained insight and confidence from the work I did with Patrick that I am so so grateful for!
