when i first ever went there to color my natural hair - Leslie advised me for a glaze instead to keep the health of my hair and looked out for me instead of just doing whatever I asked for (I really had no idea about what hair color does for you at this point). Norbeya also has never ever disappointed me whatsoever in the handful of times I have gone to her!

I entered with a "doe-stuck-in-headlights" look about me, but not one salesperson bothered asking if I need assistance. I wandered around the store looking for a specific item and finally walked out again - empty-handed. ?

Came in Friday to look for a new cologne. Lorraine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me decide on a scent and showed me a variety of options. I don’t think I would’ve been able to find one without her help. Thank you Lorraine!
