I have been going here for 10 years. I always have Ella working on my hair. She is very quiet but sweet and friendly. They seem to only speak in Polish here but I don't mind because I don't like to talk to anyone anyhow. Fair prices and always take me as a walk in or last minute call.

I've been their customer since they opened and I am satisfied with their service. And like the Geco pinhead just mentioned, mistakes happen, like in every business. I was the one that unintentionally and unaware cut in front of you. I'm not familiar with the whole situation but the girls are usually pretty busy. If you're showing up there without an appointment, first thing u have to do is to ask if they have time to make it, whatever is on your head, to look better. They might say it's impossible bc they're all booked...or your hair is just that bad. At least you would not have to wait 30 minutes. 11 years customer .. never complained.. not even once.
