Very professional from start to finish. Tonny took time to examine issue, explain the problem and suggest the solution. The technicians that arrived for the job were on-time, professional and gave exceptional service. Took before and after photos to show work that had been completed. Service performed: 1) Repaired Chimney Crown, Repointed top 5 rows of chimney, removed & cleaned moss from chimney shoulder & waterproofing 2) installation of new flue liner
The pricing of our brand new roof was competitive with other quotes we had received. AAA also completed the work in a very timely manner. They also rectified a mistake they made so that was a positive experience. I don’t expect perfection but if a mistake is made some accountability is highly appreciated.
