Missing Item and Communication Concerns:
I dropped off three items for cleaning on Wednesday: a two-piece suit (which looked good upon pickup) and a work shirt that needed both cleaning and a small hole under the arm repaired. When I went to pick up my clothes today (Saturday), the work shirt was missing.
The employee who assisted me seemed to think I had only brought in two items, even though my ticket clearly stated '3 pieces.' He took down a description of the missing shirt and said he would call me when it's found. They are great at their job. I use them regularly. The only problem is their actual hours dont match the google hours. I wish they would fix this, as I use google to determine business info. I dont want to have call them. They open at 8am & close at 5:30... totally different.
