Had emergency care here last minute with no appointment. They assessed problem immediately. We were referred to cardiologist for dog's heart condition, but they isolated issue with ultrasound. Professional, kind, reasonable.

My English Mastiff, Cooper, broke his toenail at the base and needed veterinary care. I took him to Cologne Animal Hospital after reading their excellent reviews, and they absolutely lived up to them.
The two women at the front desk, Lois and Chrissy, were exceptional. Although they normally don't take walk-ins during busy times, and I was a new patient, they were able to fit us in within minutes. Their kindness and willingness to help immediately put me at ease.

I had such a great experience here as a new patient. Bridget was particularly so nice, down to earth, and made me feel comfortable and validated with my concerns for my dog.
The front desk staff and Dr. Hagan were all amazing and so good with my very nervous dog. They were upfront with having a game plan for her treatment first, without going straight to a bunch of unnecessary testing (which I appreciated after I had been overcharged as well as felt completely dismissed at our previous vet). I very much appreciate this team, their efforts, and clear love for the pets.
