My well pump tripped it's breaker Tuesday night. I called Freshwater Wed morning and left a message. 5 minutes later Jim returned my call and advised He could service the well that afternoon and he had new pumps on the truck if necessary. We found the pump had shorted and needed to be replaced.
Jim was professional and communicated throughout the repair. The cost was fair. This is a family business local to Hunterdon County.
I highly recommend Jim and will call him in the future.
Our well pump broke on a cold, windy Saturday afternoon and Dan came out that evening. I never expected it be fixed the same day, but he braved the elements and replaced the pump that evening!
He is so thoughtful, explains everything he is doing and cleans up. Our lawn and basement were left in perfect condition and we had running water once again!
I would never use another well service!
Dan from Freshwater Well and Pump Service came to the house my wife and I just purchased. We came from using city water to well water and needed help to understand system operation and maintenance. Dan was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. We will definitely use Freshwater Well and Pump Service for any future needs and highly recommend them to others.
