So my 15 year old Ty has been training with Erik for only 3months now seems alot longer for the extreme change in his motivation & his physical & mental state! Couldn’t be happier with his transformation Erik is an unbelievable Trainer & just a great person & role model for the kids!! 5 stars all day for BBE

My 13-year-old has been training with Eric for around four months now. Eric is positive, energetic, and really knows how to work with young people. My son really enjoys his sessions with Eric, and is seeing great results. Highly recommended!
