“I’ve been using Mr. Fence for my fencing needs for more than 20 years since I engaged them to modify/add to an existing wood fence after demolishing a garage and removing a driveway. Due to normal aging and severe storms, I’ve had Mr. Fence come back on several occasions to alter/repair sections of the wooden fence. Each time, the team at Mr. fence was terrific to work with, Dan came out to assess the work needed an once the material arrived, the work was scheduled and the work completed in a timely manner.

After additional time and weather took a toll on my wooden fence I decided to upgrade to a wood grain vinyl product Dan recommended for its enhanced aesthetics, increased strength, and durability. He was right. The fence was beautiful and garnered many compliments from my neighbors. Recently, I had Dan back out to discuss some additional work when he noticed fading on some of the previously installed vinyl panels and posts. He expressed surprise at the amount of fading even though the fence was installed 10+ years earlier. On my behalf he reached out to the fence manufacturer to see if they would agree to replace the faded panels under warranty. I never would have thought to do that, but Dan wanted to make it right and the manufacturer agreed to replace the faded panels.
