After having a tough experience with my contacts, I decided to make an appointment at Warby Parker in Freehold and I am SO GLAD I did! Dr Neiland was so patient with me, listening to the whole progression of what brought me to this point and her response and actions show she is highly knowledgeable and really amazing at what she does. I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, but then it did with the patience and support I got up front from Tiffany and Alaina in the store as they helped me choose a frame style that is brand new for me. I would highly recommend this location and Dr Neiland, Tiffany, and Alaina for a positive eye doctor/shopping experience!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but my experience at Warby Parker at Freehold Mall today was so positive that I felt it was important to take the time to recognize Madison and her manager, Isabel. From the moment I explained the problem I had experienced at another store, Madison treated me with genuine respect, patience, and professionalism. The best quality reading and regular glasses you can find on the market. Purchased three glasses and will buy more when I need them.
The service there is excellent and the price matches up very well to the look 👀 of the eye glasses. 🤓
