I needed two pair of frames for my new prescriptions, one for my computer work and one for everyday use. Kim Jacob at the Freehold store greeted my wife and me and was VERY patient and informative as I tried on countless frames. We came back a week later to pick up my new glasses and Kim greeted us like old friends - great memory! She adjusted the arms on my frames and all is good. All in all, a really good experience. Highly recommended and lots of thanks to Kim.
We visited this Walmart Vision Center the other day. Had some questions about the contact lenses and was greeted promptly by Ms.Kim Jacobs. She was really nice and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We ended up ordered our prescription there and was given all the details. We left and felt the whole process was very smoothly done and exceeded our expectations. Definitely will come back for all our prescription needs.
I've been trying to get used to and wear glasses for over 20 years. About 2 months ago I was finally able to get used to wearing them. I was wearing a pair made at the eye doctor and another I bought online. Between the two pairs I was able to get through the day, but neither was comfortable enough to keep on the entire day. I went in maybe 6 weeks ago and optician Kim was nice enough to adjust both pairs for me, even though neither pair was bought from the store. She did such a great job I am able to wear either pair for the entire day. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and adjusted them to exactly what I needed. Can't thank her enough!
