kris and his coworker, she’s a vendor there, forgive me i forgot her name. but they were so sweet and helpful. they helped my mom and i find products for wedding and the sweet lady took her time to show me how to cover my tattoo. kris was also more than patient helping us color match, and sharing his best advice on products long lasting for a long night at a wedding in the heat! thank you for a great experience!
I used to avoid this Ulta every time I would go to the mall because of a terrible experience with Morgann. She was extremely rude to me and to her coworkers. No person deserves to be spoken at like that. She could’ve been having a bad day, but don’t take it out on your coworkers. Grateful to have met Alessandro. He’s always such a bright spirit and takes the time to make sure my visit went smoothly. I can’t rave enough about him. He’s made me feel welcomed in the store again. I hope you guys recognize him and his kindness! On a side note, yes this store gets super busy so don’t always expect a quick trip and some items will be out of stock.
