The leak was the result of a deteriorated seal around the plumbing stack where it penetrated the roof.The second leak was where our siding had pulled away from the roof’s edge at the gable end letting water in behind the siding. We noticed this leak immediately as it occurred during a very heavy rain; it was a virtual waterfall.We called Joe The Roofer for both of these leaks. His crew arrived promptly and completed all the repairs quickly. We also had them install an attic roof vent.I recommend Joe The Roofer for roofing and siding.“
