I have used this cleaner for about 6 years under the original ownership. I liked them very much back then. At this point there is a new owner who has was disrespectful to me when I mentioned that they are using some very cheap looking hangers and they put the shirts on the hangers backwards. She complained of her business expenses as if she had been there for years. If you purchase a business it is up to you to do your due diligence into the costs of running your new business. Anyway I am using Hometown Cleaners in Mounts Corner now. There I am always greeted by happy faces, they use nice hangers and hang the shirts correctly on those hangers. Terrific business in Freehold. Staff is always nice and accommodating to the crazy deadlines some clients (me ?) have. Very well priced and professional job done. A definite dry cleaner to trust.
I had 1 alteration. Work was well done. Also a brand new dress to be dry cleaned had a black mark on the back shoulder area after cleaning, I didn’t notice before I dropped off, unfortunately I noticed the day I had to wear the item.
