I cannot thank Michelle and her team enough. They are truly amazing people and I will always support them the same way they supported my parents. The dedication and hard work they put into my parents case really shows how genuine everyone in this office is. They constantly reassured my parents and were always on top of their case. Michele and her office were of great help during my process to obtain permanent resident card. A special thank you to Nicole, for all the support provided during the whole process. She speaks Portuguese, so it was very helpful to have someone share my mother language to get all my questions answered in a more comfortable way. She was also quick to answer any emails or texts related to the case. My husband and I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome of our process and we recommend their services to anyone in need.
