I had a suit dry cleaned there for my boyfriend to wear to an upcoming wedding. I dropped it off on a Thursday needing it for a wedding on the following Sunday. They were so accommodating saying they could easily have it done for me by Saturday. I showed up on Saturday at 2pm not realizing they closed at 1pm and are closed on Sundays. We were panicked because it is his only suit so we called the number and the woman who responded was totally understanding and accommodating. One of her employees, Christina, was able to come to the store, at 7pm on a Saturday night no less, to give us the suit totally saving the day. Such wonderful customer service! The employees are respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Our dry cleaning is always ready on time. The owner is so professional and amazing! Now dry cleaning is one less thing we need to worry about and the business truly stands for its name: Heavenly!
