I was reading the reviews and boy are they bad but they are also reviews from several years ago and this florist is now under new ownership. Francis knows what the old owners did but he is doing all he can to change the image of the past and OMG he is amazing. He is so kind and caring and doing what ever it takes to get you what you want and need for what ever occasion. My occasion happened to be a funeral for someone very dear to me he helped me decide on just the right flowers and didn't try to over sell me and price gouge me. When it came to the card I was at a loss as to what to put on it and he took the time to help me compose just the right words. The cards were perfect and beautiful as were the flowers and they were delivered in more than enough time for the visitation night and the funeral ceremony the following day. Everyone commented on how beautiful they were and wanted them placed front and center next to the coffin. Francis I am eternally grateful to you for everything your compassion your help your kindness and your care.
