I highly recommend Dr. Murphy! His knowledge of spinal adjustments and manipulation is impressive, and he explains everything clearly while providing simple, helpful exercises and stretches. The initial evaluation had X rays and a series of postural tests for my back. It was my first holistic experience and I was pleasantly surprised with how much the pain in my back subsided. I had over an hour commute to his practice and attended once a week due to a busy schedule. Despite all this , I recovered fairly quick and am able to enjoy and resume hobbies again i.e. martial arts.

I had severe pain in my right shoulder limiting the use of my right arm. I had trouble sleeping, sitting on my couch and just doing daily functions.
After 3 months of adjustments and treatments with Dr. Murphy, I feel almost normal again. Dr. Murphy also taught me stretches and exercises to do at home which help immensely if I feel a pinch in my arm.
