I brought in a new Samsung phone to Cell Doc in January with (only) a broken screen and was told I would get a Samsung replacement screen for $270 total.When the phone was returned to me, it worked temporarily and then shut down. When I stopped at T-Mobile to see if it could be a warranty issue, they said the phone case was not put together properly and moisture likely got under the screen--but the phone was never near water, before I took it to Cell Doc, it only had a bad screen.When I brought the phone back , the owner of Cell Doc told me it was a water issue and he wasn't responsible. Broke my IPhone 6 Plus that I use for work. Could not get an appointment with Apple for 5 days. Happened to walk by them on my way out and talked to them for a bit. Very profesional gentleman fixed my phone in about 25 minutes. Works as good as new. I was able to get the shattered screen repaired, protective glass screen installed and a new case for $20 less than Apple was going to charge me. Excellent customer service! Thanks guys!

Updated: My son broke his phone again! I think have been to ser Murat about 10 times in the past few years. Still super happy with their great customer service and pricing. I also love how they fix the phones without an appointment...read full review
