Elvin and dane are the best. Had phone issues. They helped with phone and account. Always willing to help. I unfortunately had to use another store when out of state. Glad to be back to nj Franklin store.
This place is the best. Why can't every Verizon experience be like the one these people provide? They are straight forward and honest and make everything painless. It's been the same crew there for years which goes to show they must be doing something right! Thank you God bless
i never write customer service reviews but i honestly think ryan from the franklin nj store deserves recognition, i have been a customer for over 4 years been to multiple locations and i can honestly say i haven’t had better customer service, i went to a different location because i needed a line added asap i had already spoke to ryan about it and i just couldn’t get to that store that particular day the location i went to over charged me even though i brought up the fact i was told that a bring your own device deal was going on and instead of my bill increase by $40 my bill increase $193 i went to ryan the next day he did everything to have my bill fixed...read full review
