I realized that something that was not even on my radar has begun to transform while I showered this morning! I've only had three training sessions at The Fitness Doctor, and while I was washing the bottom of my feet in the shower today, I realized that I can now hold my balance on one foot without leaning on the wall of my shower! I can only attribute this to the work I've been doing with Karen. The exercises she's been teaching me have been challenging my balancing skills, but I didn't realize how powerful they were until I did not need to hold onto my wall for balance anymore!
