A problem with my wife's computer is always worse than when there is a problem with mine. I am resaonably savvy but this was beyond my scope. 😀I dropped it off 3PM on December 23 and they had it back to me today, Christmas Eve, at 10AM.
I called them this morning and they came out this afternoon. Fixed the problem right away and, because they were not there for the entire hour, even pro-rated the bill which I did not expect. Scot was a very nice guy, knowledgeable and efficient - Highly recommend! Bud, the guy who answered the phone this morning was also very helpful
super helpful and accommodating. did what needed to be done and quickly.
