The facility and environment is amazing. All the coaches and trainers know what they're doing and are great to be with. If you want your kids to be involved in exercise and sports performance, Parisi is the way to go!!

Parisi speed school is my second home, filled with amazing coaches! I have been training here for over 5 years, classes and privates. Being a lacrosse player I have noticed such a big difference in my strength and confidence as an athlete. Would highly recommend to any athlete!
