3 main questions I ask myself when rating a contractor:1) Did they finish the job? Yes they did.2) Did they do the job well? Well they put the addition on the house. The rest of what was done (patching drywall, installing frames and trims, doors) was completed with a lots of ups and downs and redos. The exterior looks wonderful because of the siding guys not CHS. We were left for four weeks with a leak in between roofs because waterproofing had not been immediately done after addition was put in place, and duct tape and plastic sheeting is not enough against heavy rain.3) Would I hire them again? MCS will never be getting my business. I have been waiting 2 months for a quote on a large project for my home and still have nothing. When I follow up I’m told they’ll have it soon and I never hear anything. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

Christian and his company are both knowledgeable and professional. The houses turn out amazing because of his attention to detail. He's also great to deal with because of expertise and communication.
