3 main questions I ask myself when rating a contractor:1) Did they finish the job? Yes they did.2) Did they do the job well? Well they put the addition on the house. The rest of what was done (patching drywall, installing frames and trims, doors) was completed with a lots of ups and downs and redos. The exterior looks wonderful because of the siding guys not CHS. We were left for four weeks with a leak in between roofs because waterproofing had not been immediately done after addition was put in place, and duct tape and plastic sheeting is not enough against heavy rain.3) Would I hire them again? Christian and his company are both knowledgeable and professional. The houses turn out amazing because of his attention to detail. He's also great to deal with because of expertise and communication.

Christian and team did a stick build addition to my home. We had some unexpected complications to my project however his team dealt with the issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible. All contractors utilized were pleasant, professional and very eager to please. His project management staff were all customer centric and a pleasure to deal with. They were *very* mindful on budget management and came in well under which was greatly appreciated. Christian is a true gentleman to deal with, eager to please and stands behind his product.
