“I’ve been going to Dr. Saggal for a couple years now. Overall my back is in good shape, but at times I may develop a stiff neck from sleeping wrong or something else from exercising. Every time I’ve gone to him, I’ve experienced immediate relief. Additionally he will recommend other stretching to do at home. He comes across as highly competent professional, and genuine; he wants to help, and isn’t trying to make me come back to the office a million times for unnecessary adjustments (I’ve experienced that before, so really appreciate his honesty). Highly recommend!“

“The people really care about getting clients feeling better and not for money. A lot of chiro offices lay the financial burden of the medical and insurance policies that don’t favor their field, onto the patients. But these guys demand payment from insurance as opposed to milking their clients for our-of-pocket cost outrageous costs, and it feels good as a client. They would never charge you for an out of pocket cost more than what you would pay for when you go for a doctor’s visit.They work on your problematic areas all over your body including extremities, unlike other chiros who only have knowledge and blame your curvature of spine for reasons of all body pains. Came in for frozen shoulder/neck and extreme pain. Felt better after first adjustment. And as with any good chiro would do, was told what exercises and stretched to do to continue while at home. They don’t demonize medical doctors but encourage harmonious collaboration between your physician and them.“

“Sports med is the best place to get physical therapy. The aides are very helpful especially Jaykson and Tony. Brett is the best physical therapist probably I’ve ever been to in my life. Brett will always tell jokes and will quickly become your friends but at the same time he will make you feel better. On to Jaykson one of the most friendly and one of the smartest people at SportsMed and he will always be open to talk about sports with you. Also, Tony might be one of the most sportiest of the group and if you have a question about anything at all he will have an answer. Moving on to Tom who is also a physical therapist here, he is a super kind and logical person who is very helpful. Giana, who is another PT is extremely knowledgeable in her work and definitely knows what she is doing. Also, Carly who is the last PT here and is very friendly also is definitely very smart and humorous. Lastly, the chiropractor Will can get the biggest cracks on people with there bodies and with his humor out of everyone. Overall, in my opinion I think that Franklin Lakes Sports med is super top notch and the best physical therapy office in New Jersey.“
