As a realtor, I have worked with many home inspectors. Phil Picone is a true professional. He always puts the customer first and makes every effort to protect them. He explains things clearly and concisely to the buyer so they truly understand the report and the house. He is patient and answers the client's questions thoroughly and in a way that a non contractor can understand. If you are buying a home new or resale you should call Phil.
I used Phil for an inspection on a house that I was purchasing last year. He was very professional and thorough with his inspection.
