Had technician to our house yesterday to check our air/heat pump. Believe his name was Brian very nice and explained things to my husband and I. We became informed that Kelly had passed and we would like to express our condolences. We have been using the company since 2022 with no issues and we’re on a service /maintenance contract yearly with never any issues. When my husband called yesterday the gal he spoke to was pretty clueless in understanding what he was calling about . Then he spoke to owner who was not very nice and seemed perturbed that our unit was not purchased from them or that they installed it. ADE is always there when any of our company offices or personal homes have a need for service or repairs. And everyone is super kind and pleasant, often working in less than perfect conditions! 5 stars
ADE really bailed us out on our rental home in LBI. Our av unit died on 4th of July week and it’s been brutally hot. They got a new unit in and working in two days. Really appreciate them jumping on this so quickly. They did a fantastic job.
