Dr Puma saved my oral health. I had a terrible dentist as a kid who didn't believe in novacaine for kids and he would have you sit on your hands and hold you down if you moved. He built a plan and shared it with me and reestablished trust for me.
I experienced excruciating dental pain the day after Thanksgiving. My primary dentist office in NY was closed for the long weekend. Desperate for a diagnosis and prompt treatment, I turned to Edison Dental Arts. (I had been treated by Dr Tedeschi several years earlier, prior to relocating from Middlesex County, and I was extremely satisfied with the excellent treatment I received back then) Despite being fully booked for the day, the office manager fit me in for an appointment. I was fortunate enough to see Dr Avrutik who performed a thorough examination and determined I had a possible infection. She immediately referred me to an endodontist for a confirmatory CT scan. The office manager at Edison Dental Arts was able to persuade the endodontist office to see me the same day. The endodontist subsequently performed an emergency root canal and I was able to achieve immediate pain relief. I am forever grateful to Edison Dental Arts. You will not find a more caring, compassionate, competent and professional dental practice.
