She explained to me why she was using the perm she used , the rod size , the procedure of taking care of perm after it was done It came out gorgeous. I've been going to Tatiana Petrov (my stylist) for many years, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also such a warm, friendly person who makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
