Jim did an amazing job diagnosing the problems we had with our wood heat unit. We had run out of gas unexpectedly and had several issues going on after we tried to correct the unit after a gas refill. We messed it up with our tinkering and Jeff was able to do a great job sorting out the issues and Getting us back in business! I highly recommend the wood heat team!
