My son and I have been training here for several years and have been involved with several different martial arts disciplines over the course of time. So I can confidently tell you that Ed Westlimg has been the best Martial arts instructor I have ever had. Not only does he have a fantastic kids and teens program but an excellent adult training program which I am part of. Your kids will get strong and will be able to safely defend themselves and also be taught and learn life skills as well. Adults will get in shape, learn practical and efficient self defense and be able to get rid of stress. I would highly recommend training at Westling’s Martial Arts. Ed Westling is an honorable man who simply loves the martial arts and loves teaching what he knows from his 40 years of training.
