Gianna did my hair for the first time and I’ll definitely be going back to her! I wanted blonde highlights a little blonder than before and she explained what baylage is - so we went with that. She got my cut perfectly - I wanted to keep the length but thin out my face frame a bit. She nailed it!! So happy!!
I had a very pleasant experience at Ulta and wanted to recognize Helen, Gaby, and Eddie for their excellent service. Gaby was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain products in a way that was easy to understand. Helen was especially kind and helped me get back into wearing makeup by recommending products that suited my needs. She was patient, encouraging, and never made me feel rushed.
