I came to Dr. Joe after being told I needed surgery, orthotics, and all kinds of other things. He patiently worked with me and my crazy schedule, clearly explained my "treatment" plan, and was so kind and accomodating every single time I came in. I have since relocated and unfortunately had to find a new chiropractor, but even with that process Dr. Joe took time out of his own schedule to help me find some names, and called my new chiropractor prior to my first appointment to explain what he had been doing. Dr. Palonis is the most thorough, compassionate, and effective chiropractor I've ever seen, so much so that if he thinks he can't help you, he will refer you to who he thinks can. He is the epitome of what medical professionals should be and what is so hard to find these days. I had seen him a few years ago at the recommendation of a friend and he struck me then as the most thorough (and friendly) chiropractor I had seen thus far. I impressed with his detailed examination, history taking, and targeted approach to treating my TMJ. I've been a patient with Dr. Joe for 20+ years. I suffered chronic pain stemming from a sports injury to the neck area in HS. As an adult, long daily commutes and other recreational activities exasperated my condition. I credit Dr. Joe's treatment, exercise, and diet, which advocates toward a vastly improved condition, and now see Dr. Joe for maintenance or care as needed.Dr. Joe's approach is patient first, and his care has been nothing short of excellent for me.Tom B.
