extremely professional is best way to describe Senai the owner and operator. I used to do tile way back and he gave me tips and advice I was unaware of saving my project! He assisted me in picking out the Glass Tile, then made some accent recommendations, which lead to an amazing look that I get so many compliments about. everything for the project was purchased through Ottoman, even all prep materials and he even taught me how to do it using unfamiliar materials, now that's the way a business owner should be. Knowledgeable, easy going, not pushy at all. I can't say enough things about my experience With Senai and his shop!!!!
