I initially communicated with MCP Home Improvements through their messenger communication on Facebook. Mike and his team were timely with all responses. We moved forward with updating our railings and re-staining our stair treads. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Mike and his crew were extremely respectful during the time they were in my house and maintained a clean workspace from start to finish. You would never have known they were there every day after they left because of the excellent cleanup process they did daily. They properly protected all necessary items in my house without issues. Mike’s communication throughout the whole process was efficient and timely. I have experienced working with many renovation companies over the years in various houses and locations around the country. I would say that Mike was one of my favorites to work with because of all that I have stated above. The end product was gorgeous and I would highly recommend Mike and his team.
