Kirk from Lock Tech changed the lock on my front door! He called ahead of time to confirm the appt and arrived on time! He asked what type I was interested in to determine what I wanted! He was friendly, professional, efficient, thorough, meticulous and conscientious! He explained each step and answered all my questions! When presenting the invoice he disclosed the reason for each charge! Kirk from Lock Tech was excellent!
