“We contacted the Gilded Lily as one of the preferred vendors of the venue. The level of expertise, design recommendations and customer care that Chris has provided for the upcoming wedding of my son and future daughter in-law, has been outstanding. After answering questions during an initial meeting, about color themes, types of favorite flowers that the bride loves, bouquet size, and budget, we were invited back for a second meeting to choose the colors and designs. Chris provided a beautiful table centerpiece sample and boutonniere that he created, and also designed a sample bridal bouquet during the the meeting, with various flowers/colors he chose to meet the brides expectations. He actually exceeded expectations! Chris also has a wonderful professional demeanor, and has been very responsive. We are very excited to see all of the beautiful flower designs, from ceremony to reception, that he will be providing on the wedding day, and have no doubt that Chris will once again exceed expectations.“

“Flemington Floral went out of their way to for me today when they didn't have to do that, but just out of sheer kindness! I ordered sympathy flowers online today to be Same Day delivered to someone's home outside of Flemington (I didn't know they didn't deliver there). First, they tried on their own to get 3 other florists to make the delivery that were much closer to the address the flowers were to go to. They all refused the order. So, Flemington Floral took the drive themselves and made sure a the beautiful Sympathy Bouquet I ordered arrived even earlier than I'd expected! Since I live out of state, it was important to me that the family received them before they left for the viewing, and they did thanks to the caring folks at FF! How refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service! You just don't get that too often these days. So, I thought it was worth remarking upon, and saying, Thank you!!“

Even when we had trouble describing what we wanted or had absolutely no idea, she still understood and also came up with suggestions to help us and suggested things we didn't even think of. She's very responsive and overall amazing; goes above and beyond. My bouquet, centerpieces, accent pieces for the family, and arrangements came out better than I ever could have imagined. All the flowers she used were so vibrant and held up so well. She also put together our centerpieces for us besides just the floral parts. I highly recommend her for any needs!“
