Could not be more pleased with Echelon. Everyone there is so polite and professional ,,, and most importantly talented! Norma is just fantastic and was very attentive to what I was looking for in a cut & style. I highly recommend Echelon - if you are going anywhere else then give them a try and if you are already going to Echelon never go anywhere else - I never will.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my hair done with Norma (color & cut). Always excellent service - professional and all the stylists know their stuff. Highly recommend! Norma also recently did my hair for my elopement wedding. She’s easy to work with and was able to recreate exactly from the picture I showed her.

Norma at Echelon is outstanding! I was trying to transition from a medium brown to my natural gray color, and in the process managed to turn at least 3/4 of my long hair an unattractive brassy blond color with an ugly orange hue. My hair looked really unattractive, and for over two years I could only wear it in a pony tail. During that time I'd gone to FOUR other salons. One said they couldn't fix the color, one didn't want to take the time to fix the color, one would ONLY try to fix the color if I cut off at least four (or more) inches of hair (I want to keep my long hair) and one salon wanted me to pay an unbelievably exorbitant amount for the process! Luckily I was referred by a friend to Norma. Not only is she a sweet and delightful person, she completed the process in two sessions a week apart at what I thought to be a very reasonable price. After the first session I was delighted, but after the second session I nearly considered it a miracle and had to give her a hug. I am SO PROUD of the fantastic job she did with the color that I can show it off to everyone and finally wear my hair down again. Not only does Norma do a great job, she is delightful and the salon is great. When you first go there they have a form you fill out to determine how you like to be treated, which I found outstanding. The staff is gracious, and Norma is flexible and considerate; so much that I actually let her cut off a little of my hair. She was wonderful about doing exactly what I asked. I have already made my next appointment with Norma, and I look forward to going back to Echelon again.
